General Summary
Coordinates office services such as purchasing, bookkeeping, payroll, records control, and other administrative activities for the company; interprets operating policies; exercises independent judgment in the resolution of problems.
Essential Job Functions
Coordinates and implements office services such as bookkeeping, payroll, purchasing, records control, projects and budget accounting operations.
Analyzes operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, personnel requirements, creating new systems or revising established procedures.
Interprets and communicates operating policies.
Coordinates collection and preparation of internal financial and operations reports.
Participates in interview of job applicants and conducts orientation of new employees as needed.
Locates and compiles information and formats reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of information. Coordinates collection and preparation of reports for clients.
Coordinates travel plans.
Assists with special events planning.
Operates personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software.
Operates Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office suite of software. Experience with Quickbooks and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus. Basic understanding of HTML, SEO, marketing or search marketing a huge plus.
Possesses written and oral communication skills in English. Written/oral language skills beyond English a plus.

Knows the formal and informal company goals, standards, policies and procedures. Is sensitive to the relationships between this company and its clients.

Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Two years college or equivalent work experience
Experience
One to three years of related experience a plus. Additional education may be substituted for years of work experience.
