Search Marketing Jobs - Boston MA

We often say that, as a company, SE Jones is not that serious about anything...

...except search marketing.

But that is not exactly true. We have “A” list clients that demand world class results and we give it to them. Acquiring and retaining employees that produce the results our clients have come to expect means being serious about the needs of employees too... and SE Jones puts employees first when it comes to daily life in our offices.

A company is only as good as its employees.  We strive to provide first class services to our employees, including our benefits and perks offerings. We realize and celebrate that our employees have a life outside of our office.  That said, if you have only worked at large firms or for the government we are unlikely to be a suitable employer for you.  We are small, growing very fast and require individuals that enjoy and can thrive in a work environment that can be punctuated by periods of near panic as multiple deadlines approach simultaneously. Our aim is to build our firm around the idea that work should be challenging and the challenge should be fun.
